Property 'B', Rye Bridge, Kilcock, Co. Kildare

This was another show house for Merlon Developments. Being a three bedroom house, it was slightly bigger and so we wanted to cater again for a young couple, possibly with children. Softer tones of creams, duck egg blues and beiges were used. The kitchen was a good size allowing us to put in a 2 seater tub sofa which definitely gave a relaxed feeling to the room.

Rather than specifically turn one of the bedrooms into a child's room, we chose to dress it with anyone in mind, and then used finishing touches like a couple of teddy bears and prints to give the option for using it either as a child's bedroom or a single room for any age.

Deep mauves, greys and creams were chosen for one of the double bedrooms which resulted in a rich luxurious look. All bathrooms were fully tiled by the builder with tiles chosen by Interior Options.
