This was a show house for Merlon Developments. It was a two bedroom house and so ultimately was geared towards a young couple. The biggest challenge was trying to give the illusion of space, which was achieved largely by having pure white washed walls. No wallpaper was used which, in small spaces is a good idea as it opens a room up as opposed to closing it in. We wanted something very contemporary and sharp and really achieved this with the white and red livingroom.

A custom made mirror was commissioned for the kitchen which made the area look twice as big. The couches were Irish made and scotch-guarded against wine-spills!
